Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
